Ministry Development
Ministry in the local church and community is vital to spiritual growth of individuals to increase effectiveness of the church in fulfilling it’s mission. Our purpose is to connect, engage and impower in service while building one-on-one relationships.
Connecting Community
Our community connection (outreach) ministry is concerned for the welfare of our community. We reach beyond normal programs, sharing gifts, vision and partnershiping.
Mission
Reaching beyond, to penetrate our culture assisting and equipping the saints for the work of ministry, for unity of the faith and duplication of the process to others to experience healthy growth and life transformation locally and globally.
Spiritual Gifts
God is consistent in His plan for each of our lives. He gives us inborn talents, temperaments, Spiritual Gifts, and all sorts of life experiences and then uses them! By reviewing and studying these factors, we can discover the journey to fruitfulnes, fulfillment and ministry God has for us and the unique way He intends for us to serve Him.
MOBILIZATION MINISTRY
MOBILIZE: to assemble, prepare; put into operation, or mobilize the troops. Mobilization ministry is about the church becoming intentional in helping people grow.
Eph. 4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry and the edifying of the body of Christ.
Eph. 4:12 Equipping: A making fit, preparing, training, perfecting, make fully qualified for service. In classical language the word is used for setting a bone during surgery. The Great Physician is now making all the necessary adjustments so the church will not be “out of joint”.
Eph. 4:16 From whom the whole body joined and knit (networked) together by what every joint (member) supplies, according to the effective (facilitated) working (empowerment of God) by which every part does it’s share, edifying (building up and expanding of itself in love.)
